About T&W Employer Services

T&W Employer Services is a service company that manages both unemployment and workers' compensation programs for private and public employers. We serve as the Third Party Administrator to Ohio Employers in both unemployment and workers’ compensation. In doing so, we act as your liaison to the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, Unemployment Compensation Review Commission, The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Industrial Commission. We fulfill your responsibilities in the areas of unemployment and worker’s compensation to satisfy all federal and state requirements to which you must comply.

Our staff has experience in the service industry of over 30 years. We are currently representing a variety of employers in the State of Ohio for unemployment and workers’ compensation claims administration. A client list may be provided upon request. We serve both public and private employers who have been approved for Retrospective Rating as well as participation into Group Rating Savings programs.

T&W Employer Services, Inc. is diversified in our client base. We have expertise with staffing companies, manufacturing environments, concrete materials, recreational facilities, public municipalities, schools, nursing care facilities, the transportation industry, and religious non-profit entities. We represent very small businesses as well as large organizations with up to 8,000 employees.

Our purpose as the Third Party Administrator is to be representative of each type of employer, acting in their best interest. The objective is to reflect the image of our client and demonstrate that in our management style. T&W schedules in-person meetings to learn about our clients and to offer additional training and education to bring success in the overall management of claims. We become familiar with the policies of our clients. We learn our clients’ philosophies and represent those philosophies to the state agencies.

T&W is actively involved in related professional and governmental advisory organizations. These memberships are essential to keep our clients informed of legislative changes and other rule changes within each state agency.
